I learned about family systemic constellations a long time ago and had participated once before. I didn't have any special expectations, and was ready for a new experience. During the constellation, I felt calm and was interested in what was happening. During the session, I saw a new interconnection for me with a character from the past, and became aware of their importance for my present. After the constellation, I met with this person, although we hadn't seen each other for several years, we discussed what was left unsaid before, and I felt relief.
I liked Ksenia's involvement and dedication to the process, her "co-experiencing" of my situation, and her attempt to truly understand me. The atmosphere during the session was light and friendly; I had a feeling that I already knew Ksenia, even though we had never communicated before.
I would recommend family systemic constellations, as in the process there is an opportunity to see and evaluate the situation entirely and without distortions, to understand the causes of the situation and even influence its outcome.
