- Fear of relationships with men. I want to, but I'm not doing anything at all.
How did you feel during the therapy?
- Good, it was comfortable and interesting. This was my first time trying EMDR therapy. I liked the techniques used to improve my state, to calm down, relax, and gather strength.
What changes do you feel after therapy?
- During the therapy, we worked through my reactions to past events. At some point, I remember it was a bit unclear how this technique could help. But I trusted Ksenia and the process. By the end of therapy, we managed to change my reaction and emotions towards past events related to one of my exes. Anger, contempt, and rejection awakened in me, instead of guilt, hope that everything could be fixed and wasn't so bad.
Anything else you'd like to share with others - comments, impressions, etc.
- When there were many emotions and tears, Ksenia helped me come to a stable state. I sometimes apply these techniques even after therapy to help myself and relax. I even had thoughts that in the future I could use this therapy to address some issues related to work and managing affairs.
